1 APR = Annual Percentage Rate. 0% APR on all purchases and balance transfers for the first 6 months after new card account opening. Rate for any remaining purchase and balance transfers will revert to the card’s variable rate, 14.75%–18.00% depending on creditworthiness and credit card type, after the first 12 months. Rates and fees are subject to change at any time without notice. Refer to your most recent statement for your current standard variable rate. A foreign transaction fee of 1.00% applies to all credit cards, except Signature.

2 There is no annual fee for the Signal Platinum Visa card. A foreign transaction fee equal to 1.00% of the transaction amount will be applied to foreign transactions made with the Platinum card. Annual Percentage Rate (APR) may vary. The interest rate for purchases, cash advances, and balance transfers is determined by the Prime Rate published in the Money Rates section of the Wall Street Journal. If the prime rate has changed on the last day of the quarter, your APR will change within the first fifteen (15) days of the next quarter. Minimum interest rate is 14.75% and maximum interest rate is 18.00%. Interest rates for the Platinum card consist of the Prime Rate plus margin, and depend on the member’s creditworthiness. Rates, benefits, and fees are subject to change at any time.

3 Balance transfers completed within the first six months of new card account opening will incur no balance transfer fee or interest charges. Any balance transfers completed after this initial six-month period will be subject to a balance transfer fee of $10 or 2.5% of the transfer amount, whichever is greater, along with the card’s standard annual percentage rate (APR).”
